I am an imperfect, born-again, Bible-believing, Christian. I was baptized in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38) way back in 1994 or 1995. I’ve had my shares of ups and downs. I’ve found myself in and out of the Will of God over the years. I try to stay within God’s will, but I slip up sometimes.

In the past 16 years, my views have changed somewhat, but some things have not changed.

I am firm in some beliefs:

  1. Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven
  2. There will be a day when every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD
  3. Repentence is essential to salvation–to repent does NOT mean to say you are sorry, but to turn away from your sins… to STOP doing them
  4. Baptism is essential to salvation (if baptism is available as an option)– not as a salvific act, but as an act of obedience
  5. Baptism is submersion in water–not sprinkling
